Guesto is free to download. You can try all features and get accustomed to the product while on the free plan. Free plan offers up to 20 check-ins per month and unlimited feedbacks. Once you are ready, you can choose a suitable subscription or a pay as you go plan.
When you sign-up with Guesto, you are automatically subscribed to the free plan. Free plan offers 20 check-ins per month, unlimited feedbacks and full support. There is no time limitation on the free plan. You can upgrade anytime to a subscription or a pay as you go plan, and, when you unsubscribe will be automatically downgraded to the free plan.
Click on Account in the navigation bar and login using the same credentials you used for signing up with Guesto. After logging in, click on change plan to upgrade to a subscription or a pay as you go plan.
We use Stripe for processing payments which means we do not store your credit card details. We transmit your card details directly to Stripe using Transport Layer Security (TLS) so that they are secure. Stripe then manages storage and processing. We do not offer any discounts. Our goal is to treat every customer equally. We like to build discounts directly into the prices we publish openly to everyone so there's no guessing or uncertainty around what you're buying and how much it costs.
There is no minimum subscription term. You can cancel your subscription any time but your plan will be available for use until the end of your billing period and at the end of your billing period you will be automatically subscribed to the free plan.
Yes, we charge only for the number of guests checked-in at your events and the number of visitors signed-in at your business.
There is no additional charges for using the sessions, feedback or the SMS & Email notifications feature. There is also no additional charges for using multiple equipment, multiple locations or multiple hosts.
